Job Description

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of transfer pricing operations, including calculating, booking and monitoring, quarterly and yearly intercompany charges.
  • Analyze key transfer pricing and business performance indicators across ServiceNow legal entities.
  • Conduct data analytics and build models using large data sets. Prepare transfer pricing analysis and planning models to support strategic tax decisions.
  • Lead transfer pricing projects, including policy setting, implementation, operations, and maintenance of accounting, transfer pricing, tax and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, Tax and Treasury teams to support transfer pricing deliverables and requests.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline transfer pricing operations.
  • Oversee global transfer pricing documentation prepared by external consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide support for tax audits and tax controversy matters in the US and foreign.
    Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

  • 7+ experience in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Ability to design and build complex transfer pricing models (advanced Excel modelling experience is required).
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and Anaplan is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks, prioritizing and adhering to tight timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player and self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
