Transfer Pricing Officer

at  TMF Group Luxembourg

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Tax, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Corporate Law
• At least 2 years of work experience in Transfer Pricing (previous work experience in BIG4 is an advantage)
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Excellent knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines
• Fluency in English, good knowledge of French or German is an advantage
• Working well in team environment and independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting other Transfer Pricing team members in preparation of transfer pricing analyses and reports (in English language); assessing compliance of transfer pricing policies
• Analyzing relevant intra-group transactions, assessing financial accounts and benchmarking intra-group transactions to determine market-based prices for intra-group transactions
• Working in a team to ensure a timely filing of the Country-by-Country Reporting notifications and reports
• Liaising with client servicing teams and clients on Transfer Pricing matters
• Assisting in the business development of Transfer Pricing service line
