Are you looking to join a dynamic and fast-growing team and elevate your Transfer Pricing career? If so, our globally renowned team is looking for a Senior (Part-Qualified Associate) to provide exceptional service to our diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

In this ambitious and inspiring team, you will join diverse tax specialists and Partners in managing and growing the Transfer Pricing business. Every assignment will bring a new exciting challenge with a clear path for progression in your Transfer Pricing career. Using your Transfer Pricing knowledge, your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating knowledge of core transfer pricing principles and applying these to assignments.
  • Supporting functional analyses and demonstrating the ability to identify some of the main value drivers in a business, understand the risks in the business and contribute to risk allocation and contribute to DEMPE analysis in relation to intangibles.
  • Carrying out the ‘first-tier’ of technical analysis on client deliverables and reviewing work of more junior staff.
  • Demonstrating commercial acumen when performing complex analysis.
  • Designing workplans and timelines to effectively manage the delivery of client work, in line with the team’s capacity
  • Being a key point of contact (for both clients and the internal team) on global, often multi-workstream assignments
  • Representing the Transfer Pricing team at internal meetings (e.g. Special Interest Groups, Industry Sector Groups)
  • Supporting junior staff and the wider team while advising a range of clients from large/listed to dynamic and growing mid-tier companies in strategic cross border tax matters.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and training the wider team on ongoing changes driven by the OECD, UN and EU (in relation to Transfer Pricing)
