Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in HR, Business Relations or Related
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 7 years’ experience of working on legislative and regulatory processes, proven track record of successful advocacy on BBBEE and Employment Equity
- Full understanding of the BBBEE, Employment Equity and related Acts as well as government strategies
- Experience with HR Policies and Skills development strategies
- Significant business and stakeholder relationship experience
- Experience working in a large, global corporation with a matrix organization
- Preference given to individuals with current, established relationships with government officials, agency heads and policymakers in Country
