Join UAC as a Transformation Business Analyst and play a critical role in the successful delivery of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Our ERP project is a cornerstone of this transformation, and we’re seeking a skilled and autonomous Transformation Business Analyst to ensure its success.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Transformation Business Analyst, you’ll focus on mapping processes, performing in-depth process analyses, and leading process design and engineering efforts for the ERP implementation. Your expertise in finance systems or the finance domain will be invaluable as you work across teams to deliver a solution that meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current and future processes, delivering optimised workflows.
- Perform requirements analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a technical and process leader, helping to guide project teams to successful outcomes.
- Support formal change management processes to ensure smooth transitions.
What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in business analysis, process mapping, and engineering (BPMN or similar).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and finance processes, with ERP implementation experience.
- Proactive, autonomous approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead workshops.
- Familiarity with change management processes (desirable).
