ROLE SUMMARY

As the Transformation Communications & Change Lead, you will support KDN Transformation Director with planning and execution of communications & Change management. This is a challenging role that will involve day-to-day liaison with KDN Leadership.

• All outputs and outcomes must be to the highest standard and the successful candidate will need to display exceptional communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen sense of business acumen and professional judgment.
• Partnering with KDN team members to identify creative and effective ways to communicate with various KPMG audiences.
• Mentoring and supporting the development junior Communications team members
• This role involves strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems to achieve business objectives. In your role, you will lead initiatives to drive efficiency, minimise disruptions, and optimise outcomes during the transition period. You will provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the transition.
