ABOUT THE TEAM:

This team are responsible for leading large, complex projects focused on strategy and business process improvement. Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers.
We are looking for a Transformation Consulting Manager to oversee the day to day management, coaching and support of an existing team of transformation analyst.
Working on very large change projects, partnering with the wider business to solution design through definition of complex initiatives and creating solutions impacting operations.
You will manging and oversea the team portfolio supporting the delivery of large change projects.
