A bit about the job:
As a key player in Aviva UKGI’s Transformation roadmap, you’ll collaborate with the Head of UKGI Transformation to ensure our strategic transformation goals deliver meaningful, long-term outcomes. These outcomes span business growth, operational efficiency, sustainability, and enhancing the customer experience. You’ll create and oversee clear execution plans, ensuring all initiatives are mobilized effectively and meet stakeholder expectations. Our Team is ensuring cross-functional alignment, uniting colleagues around common objectives that drive success for UKGI and the Aviva Group.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience leading large, complex transformation programmes across multiple functions and locations
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven commercial awareness and expertise in reporting and analysis
  • A deep understanding of business case development, programme planning, and managing multi-million pound budgets
  • Change management consulting experience
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships across a complex organizational structure

  • Starting salary circa £70000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
