Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and focussed Transformation Lead to cover our permanent post holder who is on secondment for 10 months. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in leading service improvement projects at network level. The Thames Valley and Wessex CYP Operational Delivery Network includes six networks and you would be expected to support all of them, working on specific projects and work programmes. Please note this is a working from home job, travel within Thames Valley and Wessex is expected.

Responsibilities:

training, coaching and supporting employees in improvement methods
running improvement projects
supporting Lead Nurses with large scale change programmes
providing colleagues with support and tools required to lead improvement projects
analysing data and networking with diverse stakeholders, to produce compelling arguments for change
communicating with a varied mixture of stakeholders from “Ward to Board” – providers, ICBs and regional colleagues
Keep in touch with colleagues across other networks, identifying best practice and projects that could be transferred to TVW
