Reporting into the Head of Transformation - Sales, we are recruiting for a Transformation Lead (Party Data Management) to support the Enterprise Transformation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to define the business requirements across the end-to-end value chain to deliver improved outcomes for customers, employees, our partners, and Allianz, ensuring that new products, processes, and functionalities are successfully implemented and embedded within the organization.
  • Leading and driving product improvement opportunities to deliver improved outcomes for customer experience, front-line experience, and business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leading engagement with the business unit representatives in program initiation, governance, development, deployment, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Challenging the status quo to ensure the program delivers a target customer experience model that can be leveraged across all channels.
  • Supporting the delivery of programs and projects on time and on budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with AAL project governance structures and other application internal and external risk. Audit and compliance frameworks.
