REQUIREMENTS

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or transformation environment
• Extensive experience in delivering technology driven solutions
• Pragmatic problem-solver (80/20 mindset)
• High on empathy and humility
• Strong ownership mindset
• Proven ability to execute under uncertainty
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach at all levels within organisations
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive and inform decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, MBA desirable
• Substantial experience in transformation environments
• Legal or professional services experience is a plus
• Exceptional expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Lean, Lean 6 Sigma or other relevant PMO qualifications
• Power BI and/or Tableau experience

We are seeking a senior individual in Sydney to be a key contributor to our exciting journey.
As a Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firms future by leading and delivering transformative solutions and organisational change, aligned with the firm’s strategic agenda. This role will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and achieve strategic business objectives, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial analytics, and hands-on project management to contribute to the overall success of the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your workstream by identifying and building the program of work to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Deliver multiple programs with a bias to new technology, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
• Lead change, developing and delivering strategies to mitigate resistance and foster a culture of adaptability
• Leverage data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of change initiatives
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation
• Coaching and supporting key colleagues within W+K, including executive and line management
