We are seeking a Transformation Manager to join our international team. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in supporting the CTO International in implementing strategic initiatives and spearheading transformation, professionalisation and optimisation efforts across our International Division. You will be supporting the accelerated organic and inorganic growth of our international division whose ambition is to double size within 3 years. You will be interacting with the key stakeholders of Apleona Group, from Executive Board Members to Central Support Teams and Country Teams. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: You can demonstrate relevant professional experience, ideally 5 years in management consulting (e.g. business transformation, optimisation measures, strategy development)
  • Education: Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus, you have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Real Estate Management
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and drive cross-functional teams, thrive in a team, confidently manage your stakeholders, and appreciate flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes
  • Analytical & Strategic thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, bring analytical and strategic thinking and action, initiative, and the drive for successful project implementation
  • Financial management: Understand P&L, and key drivers to improve margin and profitability, demonstrate good understanding of numbers and the overall concept of financial performance, use spreadsheet for analysis and business cases
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders, and to formalise ideas and business cases on PowerPoint slides, communicate confidently and enjoyably across all levels
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment, you are keen on continuous development and enjoy strategic work but are also eager to accompany its implementation
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, fluent in at least one of the languages of their region

Responsibilities:

1.Strategy Planning, Execution & Reporting

  • Develop and coordinate our PMO Office for International, overseeing key corporate projects for BU International
  • Cascade our Apleona International Strategy into a VCP (Value Creation Plan) with a comprehensive set of measures and periodic reviewsWork closely and collaboratively with regional leadership and group support functions to coordinate strategic business planning process and execution

2.Transformation & Professionalisation

  • Drive professionalisation of FMI and Country support functions in alignment with Group and International Strategies (e.g. IT, Procurement, HR, etc.)
  • Steer Group & FMI knowledge transfer into countries to accelerate professionalisation (e.g. Apleona Go, Clubs & Committees) of key support functionsSet and elevate professional standards, processes & teams across FMI Support Functions

3.Performance, Optimisation and Synergies

  • Drive Optimisation measures with Regional and Country teams to increase operating efficiencies and profitability (e.g. Procurement, Self-Delivery or SG&A savings)
  • Steer Group resources & initiatives (e.g. Apleona GO, PMI, IT, etc.) to implement targeted initiatives
  • Monitor and drive the successful delivery of the synergies targets of International acquisitions, collaborating with and supporting country and Group PMI teams
  • Structured reporting on optimisation & synergies measures into VCP with gap analysis and corrective actions
