We are looking for Transformation Manager to join our Automotive team, where you work with some of the leading and most well-known brands within this industry driving their digitalization journey. As a Transformation Manager you play a leading role in complex client projects at the intersection of business and digital. Confident at working in a technology-driven environment (but not necessarily from a digital background or an expert in digital tools), you will bring proven skills and experience in leading and delivering consultancy projects or workstreams to design and implement new digital applications, platforms, and experiences.
A Transformation Manager is responsible for leading, advising and managing process changes using digital capabilities to improve operational efficiency, drive growth, and enhance overall business performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management skills.

SOFT SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

  • You are characterized by your experience/interest in business development and sales, your focus on results, your strategic thinking, your high level of self-motivation and customer orientation.
  • You are a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering relationships with business and IT stakeholders, you are comfortable working in a mixed client and Capgemini agile environment – and have a good level of Swedish both spoken and written.
  • You are fine with independent work but have experience of and thinks collaboration and teamwork is the ground for a good result.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing large-scale business and digital transformation strategies to meet the organization’s goals and objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.
  • Build strong relationship and communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of transformation progress, risks, and issues and understand their needs and priorities.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
