The Project Manager, IT Transformation, will be responsible for leading and managing strategic transformation projects across the organization by implementing innovative process changes to improve operational efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of change management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of transformation initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
This role involves analyzing current processes, designing strategic solutions, and overseeing the implementation of these changes to drive business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency and operational improvement.
Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of new processes with business objectives.
Lead change management initiatives, providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Monitor and report on the performance of process changes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued success.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or asimilar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving business processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
