The role will lead strategic projects in the banking industry, focusing on business integration, migration, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing a team of consultants, driving high-quality deliverables, and building trusted client relationships.
About the Job:
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables, leveraging our industry expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the success of work streams by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
- Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and providing mentorship.
- Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues to translate requirements into well-formulated solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
- Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support team members with other project activities.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in the private banking and/or consulting industry.
- Knowledge of Business Integration, Migration, and Transformation projects within private banking.
- Knowledge of financial crime and operational risk management.
- Background in project management, transformation, and change management.
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving, able to quickly understand complex situations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
