• Our company is pursuing its transformation after its split with Syensqo. This transformation leads to a peak in engagement activities and upskilling, especially in the industrial space which is core to Solvay.
• We are looking for an intern who is eager to onboard on our transformation journey and support the Transformation and Excellence team to deliver web based training (content provided by subject matter experts) and support the communication content about the transformation for the different targeted channels and audiences.
• You will be responsible for:
• Producing web based training under the leadership of the Star academy leader and in close collaboration with the Learning team.
• Elaborating a communication and engagement plan relative to the group transformation.
• Delivering communication content (newsletter, posts on G Chat, news on our intranet) .
• Ensuring the full alignment of those initiatives with the group Communication and ERP, DT projects engagement/change teams.
• We offer a 12-18 months internship based at our site in Lisbon.
