Insight Executive Group is proud to partner with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust to source candidates for key appointments for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative healthcare initiative. We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to join our team as the Transformation Workstream Lead, contributing to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will set new standards in patient care and service delivery.
As the Transformation Workstream Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the development of a patient-centred clinical strategy that aligns with national standards and regulations. This role involves collaborating with various clinical and operational teams to shape the clinical model for the new hospital, ensuring that it meets the needs of the local population while adhering to the Hospital 2.0 vision.
Lead the development of a comprehensive clinical strategy for the new hospital, ensuring alignment with the Target Operating Model and national healthcare standards.
Collaborate with the Target Operating Model Lead and Trust clinical teams to design patient-centred care models and service offerings.
Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including patient engagement sessions, to ensure the clinical strategy reflects the needs and preferences of the community.
Oversee the identification and management of risks related to patient safety, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the development and implementation of the clinical strategy for the new hospital, ensuring alignment with the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Facilitate collaboration between clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless service integration and patient-centred care delivery.
Oversee stakeholder engagement efforts, including patient engagement sessions, to incorporate community needs into the clinical strategy.
Identify and manage risks related to patient safety, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure safe and effective care.

JOB DUTIES:

Develop and manage the clinical transformation workstream, including the establishment of performance metrics and KPIs to monitor service effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Integrated Care System and other regional partners on pathway design and transformation initiatives.
Provide feedback to Trust and HHRP leadership teams on the progress of clinical transformation initiatives and the capacity for change.
Support the management of the workstream budget, ensuring alignment with project goals and effective resource allocation.
