Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Transformational Business Consultant to join our CIB Transformation team within Corporate and Investment Banking. Wells Fargo has set an ambitious transformational agenda.
As a CIB Transformation Team, you will work directly for the Transformation lead and will play an integral role in the Elevate central team helping to drive the overall effort.
In this role, you will:
- Provide integration of all program elements and management of inter-dependencies
- Manage, track and report on impact metrics
- Provide transparency and status for Executive Leadership
- Evaluate and track approach, speed, and level of impact for each transformation component being executed within CIB and support acceleration / changes
- Identify and manage risks, remediate issues and correct high priority areas of concern
- Manage and develop a team responsible for directly supporting your role that will align with various transformation efforts
- Integrate with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells Fargo
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

- Partner closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Services
