• Responsible for the Manufacturing Projects of a set of lines, where it provides the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically and productively.
• Responsible for deploying Timeline (in Project software) and Lean methodologies in its lines: VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen and MTM2.
• DOE Project management
• Responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE, QVE & COS Proyects. and to take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
• Leader in planning, developing and executing projectors that improve the productivity of their production lines, through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies.
• Knowledge in Project, Autocad, CAPEX, Productivity, SPS/Lean, Teamwork, Leadership
• Comply with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, ISO 50001 and CTPAT.
