JOB DESCRIPTION –

Process:

• Strong understanding of transition concepts and methodologies
• Must be well versed with transition phases and how to plan, execute these to ensure successful transition.
• Must have successfully executed at least 2 large transitions which includes IM, AM, AD, INFRA, SECURITY, SERVICE DESK etc.
• Must have > 3 years’ experience in core transition management projects and overall 12+ years of IT experience in projects with PM, PGM, DM, Release management responsibilities.
• Must have worked in all stages of SDLC and fully conversant with Infra, Applications and Security transition aspects.
• Must be capable to lead large team of 100+ people with more than 10 direct repartees who are in senior roles like PM, Architects, BA etc.
• Must be able to prepare transition methodology, transition plan and identify interdependencies, risks and issues.
• Must track transition progress on daily basis and ensure timely completion of transition and smooth handover of operations.
• Should be able to create transition progress dashboard, graphs, pivots etc. for customer presentation.
• Must have strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Experience of delivery in Telecom OSS domain is highly preferred.
• Scrum, Agile, PMP certification preferred.
• Need to be well versed and experience with Jira & Confluence Tools. Need to be aware of

Agile delivery models i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile etc.

Behavioral:

• Good open mind and E2E responsibility attitude most important
• Excellent ownership skills
• Simultaneously work on multiple tasks.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.

Technical :

• 10-15 Years of IT Support Experience
• Telecom domain experience
• Transition coordination experience
• Good to have: ITIL Certification
