Description:
The organisation
We are working with an award winning and recognised Superannuation fund who has invested in developing a culture of people who provide support and development, within an organisation that can offer multiple career pathways.
By virtue of a superior proposition and excellent people the organisation continues to win. Like with most organisations who are consistently winning, the success rubs off and it makes for a great environment to work in. Given the recent success and size of the fund, the momentum will continue for many years to come.
The role
Working in the Partnerships team, the key function of this role is to support the on-boarding of new business/ partners.
The core capabilities are as follows:
Project planning and management – success in the role is determined by a good plan and management of that plan/ project through execution. You’ll be empowered to craft and execute on the project, whilst having the support of a large, national team behind you.
Client experience – successful outcomes are dictated by how well you are able to engage, communicate, and deliver on all that is promised to the client. Working with an aligned team of people, you’ll play a role in client interaction and driving the project through to delivery.
Transition outcomes – a good plan well executed (delivered on what we say we will) is the goal.
The opportunity
You’ll be supported by a great leader who has excellent tenure and who has skin in the game (your success is their success). Furthermore, they are someone that will make time for you and invest in your professional development.
The role is high profile within the business and will bring you into contact with a range of different departments (Operations, Product, Marketing, Insurance, Legal). As a result of this, you’ll develop relationships across the fund. Nothing is off the table as far as progression is concerned. The fund has a pathways program and will support you with where you want to get to.
You can feel great about working with and supporting some of the largest employers in the country in respect to their employee’s superannuation. You’ll be doing this in an organisation with a great proposition which is continually winning.
You’ll be working as part of a great team (they have superior engagement scores within the business) in an organisation with great employee benefits (additional leave, professional development support, career pathways).
