As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction for all DHL legal entities worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in translation management.
• Good know-how of CAT tools and TMS systems (preferably memoQ and XTRF)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.

• You’ll be at the heart of our language services operations, supporting the planning, implementation, and management of diverse translation projects across all DHL legal entities globally.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customized workflows using cutting-edge translation management and memory systems.
• Ensuring efficient project execution by liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, providing comprehensive support and coordination.
• Managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Generating accurate cost estimates and quotations for language and translation services, optimizing resources and aligning with client expectations.
