POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Transmission Lines Engineers to join our UK team. Working at Principal or Technical Director level, you will provide crucial support to our Australian business to contribute to the design and engineering of overhead transmission lines, playing a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams and broader Power group, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative, and resilient energy infrastructure.

• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with our Australian business, ensuring seamless project execution under our global service delivery model.
• Transmission Line Design: Lead the engineering and design of overhead transmission lines across all project phases, including feasibility, concept, and detailed design, ensuring the delivery of robust and efficient solutions for our key clients.
• Technical Leadership: Apply your deep understanding of transmission line construction practices and multidisciplinary standards to guide project execution, providing technical direction and quality assurance throughout the design process.
• Tender and Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals, contributing to the estimation and development of competitive and technically sound transmission line solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA reviews of work completed by peers, ensuring that all engineering and commercial outputs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for technical expertise and project delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our broader Power group and multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives excellence and innovation across all aspects of project delivery.
