WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking an individual who has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.).
- 2-3 years of financial accounting experience or internal auditor or internal controls/ any other compliance area
- Growth mindset and customer focus
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- D2P knowledge, experience is advantage
- SAP and audit testing tool is advantage
- MBA or CPA certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, researching, matching, validating and correcting data recorded in the system to ensure accuracy of transactions in accordance with the regionally and locally applicable rules and standards.
- Ensuring that a valid internal unique identifier is assigned to all payment recipients in Roche’s aggregate spend tool.
- Consolidating data on a half yearly and yearly basis
- Ensuring collection of EFPIA regulatory disclosure reports for external validation purposes.
- Managing internal transparency reporting-related communications to key stakeholders, including Local Compliance Managers.
- Providing timely and accurate analysis and reporting on HCP and HCO spend to Local Compliance Managers.
- Providing first level system support through the triaging and handling of incoming tickets submitted via the Roche Service Portal
