As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to meeting driver legislation requirements across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Transport Administrator to join our Logistics Team, based at our Telford site.
The role is office based and as Transport Administrator you’ll be working Sunday to Thursday from 22:00 to 07:00.
WHAT WILL YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR INCLUDE?
- Data inputting from ECNs for the purpose of equipment control for the CHEP and HSF accounts.
- Deputising for Equipment Control Administrator during absence.
- Collating CMRs for inter-site equipment transfers.
- Unform ordering for Despatch colleagues.
- Generating weekly agency driver hours on an excel spreadsheet.
- Reconciling data against agency charges and raising weekly purchase orders via Oracle.
- Processing purchase orders and monitoring workflow for all Transport and Despatch spend via Oracle.
- Scanning Despatch HACCP documentation to QA for filing.
- Generating our inbound booking plan and liaising with Goods Yard team.
