    The Transport and Logistics Coordinator will manage the daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and customers while optimising routes and managing transportation costs.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and schedule transport operations, including route planning and driver management.
    Monitor delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
    Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
    Optimise transport routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
    Log accurate records of shipments, transport costs, and compliance with regulations.
    Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the transport function.
    Assist in resolving any logistical issues or delays to maintain high customer service levels.
    Requirements:
    experience in a transport, logistics, or supply chain role.
    understanding of transport management systems and logistics operations.
    Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
    Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, drivers, and customers.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
    Knowledge of Irish transport regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Professional certification in logistics or transport management is a plus
