Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the key responsibilities that come with this role are:

  • Providing purchasing and administrative support for the logistic departments & sites
  • Identify and drive cost savings
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice queries
  • Support time and attendance for front line colleagues
  • Skills and competencies

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to understand and take control of site administration whilst always looking for ways of improving and streamlining processes. You must have excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary. In addition we are also looking for the following:

Ability to multitask and prioritise to keep track of workload

  • Adaptable approach to changes in the business
  • Able to deal with sensitive/confidential information
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
