We are now looking for a Transport Clerk to join the team at our Erith site on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The start times can vary between 06:00 and 10:30 based on the needs of the business, so there is a need for flexibility.

The Role
As a Transport Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth co-ordination of customer deliveries.
Maintaining excellent communication with both customers and drivers, you will handle delivery schedules, resolve issues and ensure all requests are managed efficiently and effectively.

Additionally, you will:

  • Communicate any concerns or delays both internally and externally
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures

About You

To be considered as a Transport Clerk, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
