JOB DESCRIPTION

Working within the Transport Compliance Team, you will assist in planning, booking and maintaining compliance across a fleet HGV’s and light goods vehicles, as well as assisting plants in the rectification of defects, and day-to-day administration of the fleet throughout the 9 CPI locations. You will be expected to provide an efficient and effective service.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and booking maintenance tasks and communicating to plants upcoming and due events.
  • Maintaining vehicle and driver details within the fleet management system.
  • Assisting and liaising with plant management with day-to-day issues relating to the rectification of defects.
  • Liaise with service providers and ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Reporting and communicating information to the plant management
  • Measuring driver related KPI’s.
  • Review driver training requirements and help to co-ordinate with plant management.
  • General administration within the transport compliance function.
