Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, this position is responsible for placing outbound calls to carrier vendors via a qualification process, entering information into various forms, and securing pricing and equipment details, while updating information in a tracking system. Responsibilities include placing outbound calls and emails to vendors for transportation of vehicles through an RFP process, completing call logs, and entering customer information into a database.

What You Will Do:
- Initiate and complete assigned ad hoc transport assignments for pricing (RFP) from lead to close
- Complete timely outbound phone calls to prequalify new carrier prospects
- Accurately type in documented phone calls into call logs and tracking systems
- Email RFP bid packages to carrier vendor prospects
- Complete timely follow up calls to meet deadlines
- Accurately update pertinent carrier information into a tracking system with equipment, contact information, contract terms, and insurance requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients seeking transportation services
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and communicate any delays or updates on orders to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Perform special projects as requested
Qualifications:
What You Will Need:
- Languages: English (required), French (an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or College Diploma in Logistics or related field an asset
- Equivalent of 2+ years’ of work experience; experience in a customer service or a call center environment a plus
- Experience utilizing a vehicle dispatch system is an asset
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and pleasant and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $48,500.00 - $54,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
