Location:Four Crosses, GB
As an Arla Transport Coordinator at our Four Crosses Inbound Depot you will join a multifunctional team to collaborate closely with the whole of Logistics within the business. The role will see you interacting with all levels within the organisation from Vice President to front line colleagues.
The full time role of 35 hours per week Mon – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm, offers 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme and access to ‘ArlaMyBenefits’ giving saving on a wide variety of goods and services.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to understand and take control of site administration whilst always looking for ways of improving and streamlining processes.

You must have excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary. In addition we are also looking for the following:

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the key responsibilities that come with this role are:

  • Monitoring and recording Time & Attendance (including payroll)
  • In-house ordering
  • Maintaining current administrative systems
  • Ensure that all personal/vehicle accidents are reported in full & escalated to the Team Leaders
  • Ensure all vehicles and trailers are sent for and collected from service and/or inspections, MOTs, defects and breakdowns within the required timescales and records are kept during the operational shift
  • Assisting when required in random gate/fleet checks
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and appropriate
