Description:
Transport & Logistics Operations Manager, known on site as a Site Operations Manager - Huncoat- £45,000 + benefits. As Site Operations Manager you will take full responsibility for the successful leadership and management of the Cross Dock Centre, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency whilst maintaining a safe and legal transport operation. Transport Manager CPC is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Transport Manager CPC desirable but not essential.
- An effective leader with an organised and methodical approach to leading change
- Commercially astute and can demonstrate effective budgetary management
- Can demonstrate process management skills and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
