Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and transport requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Responsible for optimizing the transport operation and OTIF delivery for customers at DIDC2.
• Responsible for Transport KPI’s, costs and budget control of transport account at DIDC2.
• Develop and coach the transport team to deliver a world class experience for our customers and our driving community.
• Ensure all Fleet Management and Vehicle Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides effective leadership and encourages effective cooperation among team members and between teams to inspire and achieve high standards of performance.
• Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health and Safety and Quality Management.
• Managing a mixture of drivers and operational staff members.
