JOB SUMMARY
Privilege Executive Cars LTD provide premium executive ground transportation services across the UK , operating on a 365 days, 24 hours per day basis and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer services to our loyal customers who have the highest level of expectation for every journey.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Transportation Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a drive for excellence, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our transportation processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software. Ideally have experience in the use of dispatch systems.
- High level of computer literacy to manage various operational systems effectively.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure, within a team , under own initiative and ability to make a decision.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with Executive level bookers and VIP agents
- Geographical knowledge of the UK including roads and airports, ideally experienced in the use of Satellite Navigation systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of services. Including booking, planning and dispatching of bookings.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of transportation staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Utilise software tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for effective communication and data management.
- Foster relationships with external partners, including suppliers and carriers.
