If so, we are looking for a Transport Operations Manager to join us and manage our contract with DAD based near Gloucester.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AT XPO:

• Strong on compliance with international CPC.
• Previous experience of working within a 3PL transport operation managing a large driver workforce.
• Strong management experience managing teams.
• Commercially astute with previous experience managing a P&L in excess of 5m.

• Day-to-day you will manage the overall operation, ensuring that compliance and targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements
• You will need to continually control cost to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessary
• Actively motivate, manage and maintain relationships with depot drivers, managers and customers
• Proactively promote a health & safety culture, leading by example to help drive initiatives that will maintain and improve our culture of safety across the site
