Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need -
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field is desired.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in specialist role providing data, insights and advice on transport safety programmes and initiatives.
- Experience in selecting, measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of transport safety programmes.
- Proven experience in analysing and communicating transport safety related data.
- Proven proficiency in using the Crash Analysis System (CAS) is desirable.
- Ability to identify and communicate issues and opportunities in programmes of work to enhance transport safety outcomes.
- Confident in working with a variety of data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Ability to lead complex problem-solving requiring participation and delivery by multiple organisations/parties.
- Experience in coaching and supporting others on the effective use of data and insights.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a broad range of people
