• Maintaining good relations with the drivers and sales staff.
• Working closely with the Depot Manager to ensure that the deliveries are on time and that we are maximizing the efficiencies of the vehicles every day.
• Maintain OTIF levels of over 90% across the financial year
• Working closely with the sales team to understand the top customers and ensure we are able to grow through improving efficiencies and enable us to deliver more litres per tanker to our domestic, commercial & agricultural business
• Maintain open dialogue and good interactions with all service providers.
