Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics management or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in fleet management and operations.
- Demonstrable leadership and staff management abilities.
- Proficiency in standard logistics software.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling the food products industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead,coach and manage a team of delivery personnel, ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Ensure smooth daily operation and timely delivery of goods.
- Plan, organize and coordinate staff deployment and delivery activities across the group of companies.
- Conduct thorough analyses of logistics activities to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance logistics systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance.
- Maintain and update route plans and provide monthly reporting of fleet management.
- Conduct daily or weekly safety toolbox meetings to ensure the team follow SOP and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with quality control and assurance standards for all areas of fleet management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vehicle leasing companies and third-party service providers for long term business partnerships.
