As a key member of the International Supply Chain Project management group, you will bring your knowledge & practical experience of Transportation Management, Systems & Project Management to successfully lead strategic transportation & freight initiatives into the Hologic supply chain.
You will collaborate with global supply chain & commercial teams during all phases of the projects. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable effective cross-functional collaboration across Hologic.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and delivering successful Transportation Management initiatives designed to improve customer experience, efficiency & costs in line with business processes across international regions
• Developing project estimates, plans, milestones and approaches to manage end-to end project execution
• Work closely with key stakeholders to communicate project updates and provide data to support key decision-making
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline & improve transportation management processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and customer experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication, influencing and negotiation to drive project results
