Trauma Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trauma Nurse Coordinator with extensive experience and knowledge in emergency care of the trauma patient.
To work autonomously in the role of the Trauma Nurse Coordinator within the Trust. To work clinically and have a role in education whilst providing critical analysis into clinical and administrative factors relating to trauma performance.
Work in collaboration with healthcare colleagues within the Trust and external acute care providers; the Major Trauma Centre, regional Trauma Network, and in particular the Trauma Nurse / TARN Co-ordinators within the region to develop patient-centred pathways of care for smooth, timely and safe transfer of care, minimising delays and supporting shared care
