Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Travel and Tourism Operations Specialist to oversee and manage operations related to travel, hospitality, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hotel bookings, bus and transportation coordination, and logistics planning, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in travel and tourism operations, with knowledge of hotels, bus services, and logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with service providers and clients.
  • Proficiency in travel management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues during operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education or background in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with local and international travel regulations.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
    This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients while optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with service providers.

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Travel Operations:
  • Plan, organize, and manage travel itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
  • Coordinate with hotels, bus operators, and other service providers to secure bookings and ensure high-quality services.
  • Handle ticketing, reservations, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Hotel Management:
  • Develop relationships with hotels to negotiate contracts, secure competitive rates, and manage room allocations.
  • Ensure timely communication with hotels for client needs and special requests.
  • Bus and Transportation Operations:
  • Coordinate with bus and transportation companies for group tours, airport transfers, and customized travel needs.
  • Monitor schedules, vehicle availability, and driver assignments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Logistics Management:
  • Oversee the logistics for travel packages, including baggage handling, on-ground support, and coordination between multiple service providers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address client inquiries, provide travel advice, and handle complaints or emergencies professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient services.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments using travel management software.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, revenue, and customer feedback.
