Responsibilities:
As an air consultant, you won’t be sweating the initial sale; you’ll get to shine when it comes to managing the airborne magic of our packages. No pressure to seal the deal – just the thrill of coordinating airfares for our pre-packaged confirmed bookings. Armed with your airfare wisdom, you’ll be presenting our customers with the crème de la crème options from some of the world’s most renowned airlines, recommending upgrades to premium booking classes, and looking for add on’s to enhance the package further. It’s not just a job; it’s a journey with MyCruises!
Specific Duties:
- Addressing incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding the airfare aspect of their booking
- Coordinating airfares for pre-packaged and pre-purchased cruise bookings
- Handling customer flight deviation requests
- Recommending and promoting airfare upgrades to premium economy, Business, and First Class
- Ensuring accurate inclusion of frequent flyer details, baggage preferences, meal requests, and seating allocations at the time of booking
- Proficiently searching and booking complex itineraries, including stopovers and surface sectors
- Understanding clients’ preferences and needs, and proposing optimal itineraries within package allowances
- Providing timely and accurate information to facilitate a seamless post-booking experience
- Executing administrative tasks associated with the position accurately and promptly
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
