Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Travel & Expenses Intern you will work closely to the Travel Specialist in managing all the aspects related to the Company Travel and Expenses management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist the team in acting as a central point for the government of the travel expenses policies, ensuring that all the expenses are in line with Company procedures and budget;
  • Support employees in understanding all our existing and future policies related to travels and expenses, helping them with eventually related issues;
  • Assist your colleagues with month-end close activities as it relates to expenses management and credit cards;
  • Collaborate proactively in monitoring the performance of the Travel & Expense program;
  • Manage the relationship with travel vendors, including the negotiation of contracts conditions (like, for example, services conditions of flight companies, hotellerie, ground transportation providers)
