Your Mission…
Your mission is to empower individuals with our powerful, luxurious, cutting-edge products in Cosmetics, Fragrance and Skincare, in our award-winning brands. Immersing your customers in memorable and genuine experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities…

  • Implement, develop and track the exceptional customer service experience across their team. Make sure all BAs are brand ambassadors with their attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming. Be responsible of Sales Process (Winner7) and other selling techniques.
  • Implement and track the educational strategy across their team. Guarantee the knowledge on the benefits of the products and application techniques so the customers can get the most out of the products they are buying. Identify training needs.
  • Implement and track the Retail Excellence strategy (merchandising, planograms, visuals, digital devices….)
  • Drive business opportunities in alignment with Retail Manager to achieve results in their shop. Measure SO KPIS and track daily targets.
  • Organize rosters in alignment with Retail Manager and track hours worked for payroll procedures.
  • Coach the team and in alignment with Retail Manager provide feedback and support for professional development.
  • You will ensure that the counter is always visually appealing and clean, your attention to detail will be impeccable.
  • Cooperation with your colleagues, managers and retailer is key. Assisting your Retail Manager is fundamental.

  • You’re passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty. You’re approachable, friendly and thrive working in a team to create a positive working environment with your colleagues and for your clients on the counter.
  • You have sufficient experience as Team Leader or as Senior Beauty Advisor.
  • Team spirit mindset and abilities to influence/coach/manage others.
  • Communication and training skills.
  • Strong business/sales skills.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest fragrance, cosmetic and skincare trends is a part of your daily routine, you ooze passion for all things beauty.
