REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years travel sales experience
- Well-versed in consultative sales approach
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook Calendar & Email
- Will be based remotely within Canada, but will be required to travel to Vancouver throughout the year
- Candidates from Vancouver will be required to work a hybrid schedule of three days a week in office, two days remotely
- Shift work consisting of scheduled hours with possibility of rotating work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are the first point of contact and will provide best in class sales expertise, guiding our guests and travel partners through the sales cycle, upselling, ending with a truly personalized Canadian vacation while constantly raising the bar, to exceed guests and partners expectations. Your day will be composed of actioning a variety of queries that can include taking inbound calls, live chat leads, engaging in daily email inquiries, appointment requests and web requests all while collaborating with fellow vacation advisors and working along side our Legendary Hospitalty and Product team. Please note, the expected start date for this role is October 1, 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell Canada as a travel destination, seamlessly working with a guest to co-create their personalized dream vacation.
- Learn the ins and outs of travel products throughout Canada, establishing yourself as a trusted insider.
- Action inbound leads daily and follow-up with clients multiple times in a timely manner.
- Maintain, qualify and engage your active sales funnel using Salesforce for all your tracking needs.
- Hold scheduled vacation consultation appointments with clients by phone, Zoom and Calendly.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations while ensure margins are held and profit is maximized.
- Create and sell personalized itineraries co-catered to clients’ unique needs.
- Book all trip components, generate booking forms from internal reservation system and collect deposits according to Company policy.
- Close sales - achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team targets.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge of Fresh Tracks Canada products.
