Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Employ expert consultative selling techniques to understand members’ needs and tailor travel packages that exceed their expectations.
- Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing members to introduce exciting travel opportunities and exclusive benefits.
- Sales Goals: Consistently achieve individual sales goals, quotas, and metrics to contribute to the team’s success.
- Product Expertise: Become a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently guiding members through our diverse range of travel products and services.
- Member Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with understanding their program benefits, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your colleagues to foster a positive team environment and achieve shared objectives.
