Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Selling: Employ expert consultative selling techniques to understand members’ needs and tailor travel packages that exceed their expectations.
  • Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing members to introduce exciting travel opportunities and exclusive benefits.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently achieve individual sales goals, quotas, and metrics to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Product Expertise: Become a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently guiding members through our diverse range of travel products and services.
  • Member Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with understanding their program benefits, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth transaction processing.
