Bath Gateway Out and About is a charity based in Bath who support adults with a learning disability to engage in age appropriate social and leisure activities.

The club are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join their team as Treasurer. The successful candidate will perform all duties concerned with dealing with money, acting as both the bookkeeper/accountant and finance manager for the charity.
Responsibilities:
4 hours per week.
6 weekly committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the financial affairs of the organisation and ensure they are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice.
- Ensure proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place.
- Monitor and report on the financial health of the organisation.
- Oversee the production of necessary financial reports/returns, accounts and audits.
- To make a presentation of the accounts at the annual general meeting (AGM).
