JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor the company’s cash inflows and outflows, ensuring that there is sufficient liquidity to cover operating expenses;
Forecast the company’s cash needs to ensure that obligations are paid in a timely manner;
Perform bank reconciliation, verifying that internal records correspond to bank statements;
Control and organize supplier payments and financial obligations, ensuring that they are made on time;
Monitor customer receipts, ensuring that collections are made correctly and within the agreed deadlines;
Prepare periodic reports on the company’s financial position, such as cash flow, bank transactions and account balances;
Ensure that documents comply with tax and accounting standards;

JOB EXPERIENCE

Degree in areas such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Financial Management;
Minimum experience of 3 – 4 years in Accounting;
Experience in calculating taxes and complying with tax obligations;
Mastery of accounting software;
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow);
