Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Work Arrangement: This role is primarily based in the office environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Director - Tax & Treasury, the Treasury Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing the organization’s financial resources by ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role involves analyzing cash flow, supporting daily, weekly, and monthly financial processes, and driving the execution of treasury initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required to support treasury-related activities. Availability for weekend and evening work may also be necessary to address business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or other financial roles
- Familiarity with payment processing, banking transactions, or accounts payable/receivable processes is an asset
- Knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger systems is essential
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
