We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst / Treasury Manager to join our international finance team. The Treasury person will play a pivotal role in creating centralized and efficient global treasury function.
In this key role, you will establish and oversee global treasury operations working closely with teams in different markets. You will be responsible for daily cash management, driving cash flow forecasting and analysis define strategies for optimizing working capital and driving implementation of new
treasury management system. You will also ensure optimal allocation and investment of surplus cash to maximize returns and liquidity.
You will work closely with teams across the organization, leveraging your expertise in accounting and financial analysis to drive success in a global context while ensuring compliance with international financial regulations and standards (e.g., local GAAP and IFRS).
Key Responsibilities
Establish centralized and efficient global treasury function
Manage cash activities, including liquidity and reporting
Collaborate with the Finance team to build, update, and maintain cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis to support decision-making
Design group strategies, guidelines, and policies for working capital optimization and oversee performance
Optimize surplus cash allocation and investment to maximize returns and liquidity
Collaborate with stakeholders across the international group to ensure alignment with local operations and financial objectives
Drive implementation and utilization of Treasury Management Systems for efficient treasury operations
Implement and manage cash pooling structures to optimize liquidity management across global entities
Implement intercompany funding strategies and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Proven expertise in treasury management within an international corporate environment
Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments
Strong understanding of working capital dynamics and its impact on financial performance
Experience with managing investments (a plus)
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and taking ownership of responsibilities
Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including banks and subsidiaries
Experience with setting up treasury management systems (preferred)
Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as accounting, forecasting, and analytics platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, LucaNet, Aaro, or similar systems)
